About the Event

The Candy Man Wrapping Paper Brochure and Flag Catalog

We will be starting our Fall Wrapping Paper and Flag Fundraiser on October 14th - 28th. This year will be raising funds for new playground equipment for the lower grade levels and grade level grants which help us offer the best in learning opportunities to our students. These brochures will be going home the 1st week in October. During the two weeks (Oct. 14-28th), accumulate orders by contacting friends, relatives, or neighbors. If possible, take the brochure to work. For out of town family & friends Online ordering is available. It is requested that students not solicit door-to-door. With everyone's help, we will have a successful fundraiser.

YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR STUDENT BEFORE ANY ONLINE ORDERS CAN BE PLACED. (Information on how to register your child will be sent home with brochure)

TURN IN ORDERS WITH MONEY NO LATER THAN MONDAY, OCTOBER 28TH

*COLLECT MONEY WHEN TAKING ORDERS.

* All checks should be made payable to Polenta Elementary School PT A. ($10.00 Return Check Fee)

*Enclose payment with ALL copies of your order form. A copy ofyour order form will be returned with your order,

stapled to the packing slip.

The Prize Pyramid!

In a pyramid program, if a participant sells enough items to reach level D, for example, he or she then receives the prize

from each level A through D. When enough items are sold and level J is reached, the prize from every level is awarded.

(Families that fill out a Family Plan Form will receive one set of prizes earned.)

Prizes include: Light Up Flying Umbrellas, Zipper Earphones, Inflatable Sofa, Remote Controlled Flying Car, a LIMO LUNCH and more!!

TOP PRIZES FOR ENTIRE SCHOOL

1ST PLACE SELLER will receive $100.00.

2ND PLACE SELLER will receive $50.00.

(1st and 2nd place is decided by money turned in.)

**FAMILY PLAN FOR LIMO LUNCH ONLY**

PARENTS WITH MORE THAN 1 CHILD ATTENDING POLENTA, sell 5 additional items for eachchild to qualify. Example: For Limo Lunch sell 20 items I child goes, 25 items 2 children go and 30 items 3 children go, etc. TURN IN ALL ORDERS TO OLDEST CHILDS TEACHER. TO QUALIFY YOU MUST fill out The Main Event Family Plan Form and attach it to your order forms. Orders not turned in together will be counted individually. Remember, if you have chosen the Family Plan for the limo lunch for your students, only 1 set of Prime Pyramid items will be sent.
