With Opting Out 100% of your donation goes directly to the PTA for use in the school. In lieu of fundraising, selling and generally helping us not become hoarders you can choose to Opt-Out of PTA sponsored fundraisers. During the course of the school year, you will still receive information regarding Polenta PTA sponsored events such as our talent show, school dance and family fun nights. With "Opting Out" your student will not be excluded from those. This form opts you out of PTA sponsored fundraisers only. The PTA has no control over any school sponsored fundraisers such as Read A thon, Jump rope for heart and Art to Remember. Please help us achieve our goals and continue to support our students and teachers!
