Here are some amazing ways you can help our school! This is the easiest way you can help Polenta Elementary School PTA raise money. What is AmazonSmile? And how does it work?

AmazonSmile is a simple and automatic way for you to support Polenta Elementary School PTA every time you shop, at no cost to you. When you shop at smile.amazon.com, you’ll find the exact same low prices, vast selection and convenient shopping experience as Amazon.com, with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a portion of the purchase price to PES PTA.

To Shop at AmazonSmile simply go to Smile.Amazon.com from your web browser on your computer or mobile device. You may also want to bookmake to smile.amazon.com to make it easier to return and start your shopping at AmazonSmile.

Tens of millions of products on AmazonSmile are eligle for donations. You will see eligible products marked "Eligible for AmazonSmile donation" on their product detail pages. Recurring Subscribe-and-Save purchases and subscription renewals are not currently eligible.

Yes, you can still use the same account on Amazon.com and AmazonSmile. Your shopping cart, Wish List, Wedding or Baby Registry, and other account settings are also the same. AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the puchase price from you eligle AmazonSmile purchases. The purchase price is the amount paid for the item minus and rebates and excluding shipping & handling, gift wrapping, fees, taxes, or service charges.

How to set it up

1. Sign in to Smile.Amazon.com on your desktop or mobile phone browser.
2. From your desktop, go to Your Account from the navigation at the top of any page, and then select the option to Change Your Charity.
3. Search for PTA North Carolina Congress Polenta Elementary PTA
4. Choose select & you're ready to go!
Box tops are not a major fundraiser but are a way to help the school raise funds throughout the year. Our goal last year was $1,000.00. Lets meet and exceed this next year!

The Box Tops for education program has heard our complaints about clipping! A *BRAND NEW* Box Top App for mobile devices. Just go to your App Store on your mobile device and download the app. You will feature state of the art technology that will allow you to scan your store receipt, find participating products and instantly add Box Tops to your schools earnings online! How great is that. Just look for the new Box Tops image for products
already set up for this. ​ This will take some time to fully be implemented for
all products so until then you can still clip those not yet set up.
​
For all of those items not yet set up, just send them in and we will do the rest. We know your time is limited and we know its a tedious trust us, we know. We re-clip each and every box top to make sure they will be accepted. We have a wonderful Box Tops Committee who multi tax while watching their childs sporting events. Please make sure you send in the entire box top. Box tops sent in with information missing or ripped are not accepted.
What Is Together In Education?
Harris Teeter’s Together In Education program gives schools a chance to earn funds when you link your VIC card and shop Harris Teeter brands. Harris Teeter has donated over $27.4 million to Together In Education schools since 1998!
When you shop Harris Teeter brands, a percentage of your purchase is donated to the school that your VIC card is linked to. There are NO LIMITS to how much a school can earn.

Spread the word to parents and community members in your area to earn more for PES PTA. Linking your VIC card does not cost you a think. PES PTA earns funds from August through May each school year.
